Payments & Fees

Payment terms are agreed upon before work begins.
A deposit or full payment may be required prior to starting a project.
Monthly services are billed on a recurring basis.
Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to submit payment may result in delayed work, suspension of services, or termination of agreements.

Website Rentals & Monthly Services

Website rentals and care plans are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified.
Hosting, updates, and support included in rental plans remain the property of Alexa Website Designs.
These services may be canceled by either party with appropriate notice.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate and timely information, review project materials promptly, and ensure all provided content is owned or properly licensed.
Alexa Website Designs is not responsible for delays caused by missing or late client materials.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of completed website designs transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Website rental designs remain the property of Alexa Website Designs.
We reserve the right to display completed work in portfolios and promotional materials.

Revisions & Changes

Reasonable revisions are included as outlined in the agreed scope.
Requests outside the original scope may result in additional fees or extended timelines.

No Guarantees

Alexa Website Designs does not guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings,
traffic increases, business growth, or revenue results.

Limitation of Liability

Alexa Website Designs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time due to abusive behavior,
unlawful requests, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.

Governing Law
